- The Analyst, AR Securitization Program should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with a firm understanding of C&W processes.
- They should be proactive in identifying process deficiencies and suggesting improvements.
- They should maintain a positive attitude and strong organizational skills along with the ability to prioritize responsibilities and multi-task to meet deadlines set forth by management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication is required as this position holds high visibility within Shared Services as well as Senior Leadership.
- Key IT related cross functions include the management and development of internal reporting through systems including PowerBI, and the development and deployment of complex Alteryx Workflows.
What are the responsibilities of Analyst Accounts Receivable at Cushman & Wakefield?
- The Analyst, AR Securitization Program is responsible for the daily generation of program reporting, report scheduling and maintenance, and daily reconciliation of data points within the accounts receivable rollforward as a whole.
- Prepare and complete monthly account reconciliations associated with the program, and work to prepare appropriate data and rollforwards used in generation of financial footnote disclosures.
- Consideration of accounts receivable, unapplied cash, debtor concentration, DPP calculations, pool balances, reserves, breach triggers, program health, internal and external reporting, integration management and reconciliations.
- Understanding of proper accounting treatment and subledger to ledger interdependencies are essential.
- Wnteract with many levels of Finance and business facing team members within the organization.
- They will drive the stability of the securitization program, and use of best practices.
- Additional responsibilities involve heavy collaboration with the Transformation and TDS Teams to drive cost saving measures inclusive of systems implementations, process review / assessment / automation as well as internal control policy development, monitoring, and implementation
