- Chartered Accountant with 0-2 years (post-qualification)
- Accounting and reconciliation experience in a reputed MNC or an accounting firm is desirable
- Prior experience of State tax compliance will be an added advantage

What are the responsibilities of Finance Analyst at McKinsey&Co?
- Provide information for state tax audits and assessments, and correspond with state tax auditors and advisors to facilitate the completion of field audits or tax return preparations.
- Maintain communication with office finance to gather information required in the tax accounting process.
- Preparing General Ledger (GL) account reconciliations, maintaining the Fixed Asset register, and preparing and processing final journals for the US tax books.
- Documentation of the processes followed and the work performed will be a critical part of your role.
- Additionally, you will be assigned other tax accounting-related tasks as needed, requiring flexibility and adaptability to manage various responsibilities effectively.
