Required candidate profile:
- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience as a recruiter in BPO Bulk hiring.
- Must have experience in hiring, sourcing, scheduling, coordinating.
- Should have mandate experience in Volume Hiring / Bulk Hiring.
- Should have strong knowledge in Sourcing, Offer negotiations and End to End recruitment process.
- Experience in Multilingual hiring would be an added advantage
- Experience from BPO industry is preferred.
- Graduation is a must.
- Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
- Looking for immediate joiner.
Job Discription:
- Design and update job descriptions.
- Sourcing relevant candidates as per requisite from Job portals.
- Screening, skill assessment, scheduling and conducting rounds of Interview, taking feedback.
- Stakeholder management.
- Offer negotiation.
