Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily bank reconciliation by comparing financial records with bank statements.
- Enter and update financial data in Excel with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Track and resolve any discrepancies between the bank records and the companys financial records.
- Assist with generating reconciliation reports and maintaining documentation for audit purposes.
- Communicate and collaborate with internal teams to address reconciliation issues.
- Ensure all data entry and reconciliation tasks are completed within the specified deadlines.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate (Bachelors degree in Commerce or related field preferred).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel (ability to work with spreadsheets, formulas, and basic data entry).
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Open to learning and adapting to new processes.
