Job description

Attract potential customers by explaining the product, answering
product and service questions, and suggesting information about other
products and services. -
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s
problem; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and
explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; and following up to ensure resolution. -
Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting
customer information and analyzing customer needs. -
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing
customer information. - Open customer accounts by recording account information in CRM.
- Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What are we looking for?:
- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.

6 months – 2 years of experience in Inside Sales / Outbound Sales /
Telesales . -
Good written and spoken English & can speak Hindi (multilingual-
preferred). - Good negotiation and pitching skills are required.
- Passion to work in a fast-paced start-up.
- Punctuality and discipline.
- Multidisciplinary continuous learning mindset.

Customer focus with a good convincing ability and confident
personality.
