Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data in company databases and systems.
• Verify and correct discrepancies in data entries to ensure accuracy.
• Organise and maintain files and documents for easy retrieval.
• Prepare and generate reports based on data analysis as needed.
• Respond to data inquiries from team members and management.
• Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
• Collaborate with team members to improve data entry processes and efficiency.
• Follow data protection and confidentiality protocols.

Required skills:

Educational Background: Any degree,additional education in data management or related fields is a plus.

• Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with data entry software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Preferred skills:

• Experience: Previous experience 1 – 2 in data entry or administrative roles is advantageous.
