What are the responsibilities of Customer Service Representative at Kyndryl?
- Client Interaction & Issue Resolution: Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat, ensuring timely and professional communication.
- Technical Support: Assisting customers with technical problems related to Kyndryl’s IT services, products, and solutions.
- Service Requests Management: Logging and tracking customer requests or incidents using ticketing systems, ensuring they are escalated when necessary.
- Problem Escalation: Escalating more complex technical or service issues to higher-level support teams when required.
- Monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Ensuring that service delivery meets agreed-upon standards in terms of timing, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with Teams: Working closely with various internal teams like technical support, engineering, and account management to resolve customer issues.
- Customer Education: Providing guidance to customers about Kyndryl’s products and services, assisting them in optimizing their use of these services.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference or compliance purposes.
- Improving Customer Experience: Identifying areas of improvement based on customer feedback, and suggesting or implementing processes to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Staying Informed: Keeping up to date with Kyndryl’s services, new technologies, and industry trends to provide accurate and current information to clients.
