Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering Inbound and Outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
- Introduce and explain our products/services to prospects .
- Answering customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues.
- Most importantly, ability to retrieve information from the customers.
- Documenting gathered information accurately.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Ensuring customers have a positive experience, and building a positive company image.
