Role Description:
- Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and Project management software.
- A highly self-motivated, ambitious individual.
- Strong oral and written communication skills along with effective Customer interaction & report writing.
- Connecting with potential Clients provided in the leads and arranging the site visits.
- Follow up on leads and ensuring potential leads are converting into closures.
- Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies, and delegate tasks that achieve strategic goals.
- Assist clients in completing necessary paperwork and documentation for property transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
