  • Review of secretarial documents viz board meeting documents, Shareholders meeting documents, etc.
  • Sound knowledge of FEMA and company laws
  • Primarily responsible for compliance of secretarial matters on time
  • Client Engagement and Team Management
  • Tracking & Monitoring statutory deadlines of secretarial matters.

To be tailor-fit for the above skill sets, you need to have,

  • Qualified CS
  • Preferably with LLB
