- Good at writing SQL queries. Knowledge of .net core / GoLang / Nodejs will provide opportunities for developing and enhancing internal tools and frameworks.
What are the responsibilities of Web and E-commerce Software Engineer at McAfee?
- Responsible for resolving customer issues escalated to Engineering to deliver maximum customer satisfaction within defined SLAs using SOPs or working with cross functional teams.
- Have the ability to work independently on defined tasks and escalate in a timely manner when support/assistance is required.
- Work with teams to identify manual, repetitive tasks and identify means to automate or remove them.
- Have opportunities to develop/support internal tools that will reduce manual and repetitive tasks.
- Programming knowledge will provide opportunities to enhance existing internal tools.
- Work on troubleshooting issues with APM tools, develop dashboards in APM, Grafana, setup and modify alerts to enable monitoring for our SRE team.
