Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure Operational SLAs are met.
- Ensure Quality and Turn Around Time requirements are met.
- Ensure cut off timings for order placement / delivery etc. are met
- Handle queries and escalations.
- Must be able to draw process maps and draft SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
- Should be able to think creatively and work towards continuous process improvements and process automations.
