Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting of candidates based on requirements and close leads on given TAT.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and schedule appointments/Interviews accordingly.
- Ensure timely offer generation and negotiation with selected candidates.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to Offer release, onboarding, briefing.
- Branch visits PAN India once in a month to identify compliance gaps.
- Creating MIS, maintaining Hiring dashboards and recruitment data.
- Team engagement with employees to resolve grievance.
- Retaining employees through retention strategy.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in talent acquisition or related field (banking sector preferred).
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in ATS systems for efficient candidate tracking and management.
- Experience in bulk hiring processes for large-scale recruitments.
- Open to do Branch visits.
- Excellent Communication, negotiation and sourcing Skills.
- Immediate Joiners will be preferred.
