Walk-in-Interview Details

Responsibilities

Understanding the basic and professional standards and establish procedures, and policies before taking action and making decisions.
Processing claims as per the process guidelines.
Adhering to the service level and understanding the Quality & Auditing parameters.
Calling the insurance company or use their online system to find out about the claims.

Take detailed notes about the calls, using the standard format for our client.
Send the necessary documents to fix the issue with the claim if needed.
Keep a log of all the steps taken and notes on the customer’s platform.
