Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Pursuing a Chartered Accountant (CA) course is an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive and willing to learn new processes and tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Knowledge of Acumatica and MYOB is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
What are the responsibilities of Finance Intern at Hartwell Companies?
- Conduct thorough credit research for customers to assess financial health and risk
- Enter AP bills accurately and efficiently.
- Issue customer invoices and ensure timely and accurate billing.
- Perform balance sheet, vendor, and customer reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records.
- Assist in documenting process maps and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various accounting processes.
- Assist the Controller in various accounting projects and initiatives.
- Provide support to the accounting team as required, including other tasks as assigned.
