Responsibilities:
- Accurately review and enter all essential patient demographic, payments review/posting and insurance information into the system.
- Work the inventory assigned by supervisor/individual profile, occasionally would need to work on special projects assigned by client.
- Coordinate with various departments/sites or teams to gather required data and complete the process.
- Effectively handling large amounts of patient data, ensuring organized records and efficient task prioritization.
- Need to ensure compliance with company policies, including patient confidentiality and data protection.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and revert/correct all errors timely, if any.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Candidate must possess good communication skills.
- Immediate Joiners are preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in 24/7 work environment and working from Office.
- Freshers (Any Graduate can apply Except Btech/B.E/BA-LLB/B.Sc Biotech)
- Basic Computer skills, knowledge of MS Excel, office.
- Flexible to work in 24×7 environment/any locations/working on Indian & US holidays.
- Candidate must be comfortable working from office for Gurgaon/Tikri Location.
