Responsibilities
- Undertake thorough secondary research to find and verify contact details of prospective foreign buyers/suppliers for clients.
- Make international calls, collect, and update the database on a regular basis.
- Ensure respective verifications are conducted on timely basis.
- Should be able to meet process timeline and quality standards.
Skills Required
- Good command over English language, both oral and written.
- Analytical, and comfortable with handling quantitative and qualitative data.
- Should have good knowledge of google search and other search engines.
- Ability to work independently and also as part of a team.
- Experience in an international call center would be preferred but is not essential.
- Willingness to learn and take feedback.
