- Ability to interpret technical or dashboard structure and translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Advanced knowledge of SSRS with strong knowledge of other reporting tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, or Power Bi, for best practices in scalability, performance, content management and governance.
- Advanced understanding of SQL, relational database management system, data modeling, and normalization with an advanced knowledge understanding of data extraction mechanisms and data warehousing concepts
- Strong development skills in SSRS, data analytics and visualizations.
What are the responsibilities of Data Analyst at Gainwell?
- Providing technical expertise in areas of architecture, design, and implementation.
- Determining the best implementation method that will meet the design of the architect.
- Working with team members to create useful reports and dashboards that provide insight, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the team.
- Working through iterative review cycles to deliver results that meet or exceed user expectations.Ensuring consistency by adhering to a set of software coding and style guides.
- Proven experience in developing and working with SSRS Reports.
- Resolving support tickets related to SSRS reports, including SQL.
- Uses existing experience in healthcare or Medicaid to drive processes and improvements.
- Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and developing team members.
- Report Development Certification.
