Job Description
Responsibilities- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business
opportunities and understand industry trends. - Running outbound campaigns (phone calls, emails, etc.) to create
sales opportunities. - Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to provide
insights for strategic planning. - Utilize Sales Navigator to identify and target potential clients
through advanced search and filtering capabilities. - Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and build a
robust sales pipeline. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing
their needs and concerns promptly and effectively. - Utilize CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales
activities, and maintain detailed records of client information. - Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute
business development strategies aligned with the company’s
goals. - Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development
activities and strategies. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client
interactions, and business development efforts in CRM systems. - Understanding the business environment and the constantly
changing dynamics.
Skills Required- Proficiency in using Sales Navigator for lead generation and
prospecting. - Expertise in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) for
managing client relationships and sales activities. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving
business growth. - Good exposure to MS Excel and social media.
