Responsibilities
- Improving the processes and tools to enhance efficiency and productivity

Deployment of product updates, identifying issues in production and
implementing integrations that meet customer needs
Skills Required
- Basic knowledge of Linux commands, Shell scripting
- Basic knowledge of AWS cloud

Working knowledge of Kubernetes including basic Kubernetes commands,
cluster formation -
Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools: Grafana,
Kibana - Knowledge of project management tool like JIRA
- Working knowledge of MySQL, MongoDB databases
- Basic knowledge of Kafka
- Troubleshooting techniques and fixing the customer issues on priority
