Job description
- Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle from Sourcing, Screening, Interview, Selection, Processing, Offering, Following till onboarding.
- Sourcing and screening candidate through Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn with creative sourcing techniques which include referral generation, own job portals.
- Create job descriptions and post jobs to appropriate recruiting websites.
- Review resume and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
- Conduct Walk in Interviews on everyday basis.
- Conduct campus placements for bulk Hiring .
- Creating a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Collaborated with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
