Job description

  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers.
  • Answer customer queries through chat or through emails.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Research required information using available resources to provide solution to customer.
  • Ensure correct resolution is being provided to customer.
  • Exhibit customer service skills by logically and timely closure of queries.
  • Update portal / CRM with customer query and solution provided and details of conversation.
  • Ensure customer expectations are met or, where possible, exceeded.
  • Meet or exceed project goals.
  • Flexible to accommodate project delivery pertaining to timings and schedules.
  • Enhancing knowledge through internal training as per domain requirements.
  • Adherence to process requirements and produce necessary reports as per project requirement.

Required Skills

  • Excellent Verbal and written communication skills.
  • 6 Months – 3 Years of experience in International voice is mandatory.
  • Candidates should be willing to work in UK Shift (2 PM to 11 PM) with Any Graduation.

One Way cab (Drop) Facility will be provided for female candidates only.
