Job requirements and responsibilities:
- Must have sound knowledge of medical terminologies.
- Conduct Tele medical evaluations as part of Pre-Policy Issuance Medical Evaluation.
- Provide accurate and detailed medical assessments.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team and other cross-functional teams.
- Ensure compliance with ACKO regulations and guidelines and ensure consistent quality and accuracy of medical evaluations conducted.
- Review and analyze medical records, imaging studies, laboratory results, and other clinical data to help make decisions on policy issuance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Strong communication skills in English is mandatory).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with good analytical skills and good in critical thinking.
- Prior Tele Medical Evaluation experience (preferred).
- Comfortable working 6 days a week with 1 rotational week off.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts, with working from the 9 AM to 8 PM window, totaling 9 hours of work per day.
- Open to travel by self to work.
- Open for Off roll (Third Party payroll).
