The Operations Process Coordinator is responsible for understanding both
RDU operations processes, as well as basic Intranet configuration and
internal Syncfusion system setup, to identify potential conflicts. -
This role also requires extensive conversations with different
departments to review objectives, challenges, and requirements and come
up with practical solutions that are possible and make sense with our
existing systems. -
Part of the position requires monitoring of numerous data points in the
Bold sites to identify anomalies, determine the root cause, and work to
implement solutions either independently or with another team. -
The Operations Process Coordinator should manage configuration of
dashboards and reports for multiple RDU teams, including Sales,
Accounting, Legal, and other reporting needs as they come up. -
This individual will process tickets regarding requests for changes to
BoldDesk portals (Sales operations and Syncfusion Legal), and work with
the Legal Team leadership to assess what changes can and cannot be
accommodated based on impact on existing processes. -
The employee will maintain the roles in WebDT for all employees working
for RDU teams, updating role membership as needed and working with the
Intranet on changes to roles as business needs changes. -
This position will work with managers and employees in Kenya, India, and
the United States.
