You are eligible for this job if you have some or all of the skills, experience and educational qualifications as mentioned below.
- Excellent communication skills and strong command over English language
- Excellent Customer Service Skills.
- Experience in US Healthcare -AR.
- Provisional certificate/Degree Certificate is mandatory.
- Should be ready to Work from Office
- Should have all mandatory documents for BGV proceedings
- Willing to work in a shift based work schedule.
- Excellent Analytical ability, Logical approach towards problem solving
What are the responsibilities of a Voice/Non Voice roles at Cognizant?
Your responsibilities will be
- Experience in Customer Service, Digital Marketing, Google Ads.
- Should be able to communicate in English as this job profile involves interaction with customers
- Analyze and process transactions accurately & on time.
- Make significant contribution towards collecting metrics on processes
- Maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with all.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
- Keep up-grading his/her skills as per the requirement and should be ready to shoulder new/additional responsibilities assigned to them.
