Walk-in-Interview Details

PAN callings- Initiate and manage calls to donors for the collection
of PAN information. including Whats APP & Bulk mailers. - Maintain accurate records of all communication and follow-ups.

PAN Verification- Verify PAN details provided by donors to ensure
accuracy and compliance through Saral software. -
Update the IG backend database with verified information for issuance
of 80G. - 80G issuance- Issue of 80G certificates to the eligible donors.
- Ensure timely & accurate delivery of certificates

Update donor record on IG backend- Regularly update donor information
on the internal backend system. - Ensure all records are current and correctly entered.
- Handle Toll-free- Manage incoming calls on the toll-free number.
- Handle Freshdesk (Donor Queries)- Respond to donor queries within SLA.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues.
Skills Required

Verbal Communication- Clear and effective speaking abilities for
managing PAN callings, handling toll-free calls, and addressing donor
queries. - Strong in writing skills to handle donor queries.
- Customer service background.
- Multitasking.
- Excel Skills.
