Walk-in-Interview Details
Responsibilities
- Handling end-to-end order cycle.
- Acquire and maintain proficient product knowledge/procedures/pricing and manufacturing capabilities
- Performing order management related processes such as entering job specific details into order management system, modifying, tracking and updating daily orders to ensure accurate and efficient shipment and billing of products.
- Researching and resolve distributor problems on the spot or by communicating problems to the appropriate manufacturing facility or department.
- Following up with the manufacturing facilities when responses are not returned within a timely manner and following up with distributors with final resolution.
- Responsible for working in systems including but not limited to AS400/OMS, CMS.net, Zform, HENCE, PIMS, Smart Quote, CMP/Guide, OCT and Salesforce.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite
- Time management, planning/organization, and decision-making skills.
