Role & Responsibilities:
Monitoring & Maintaining share of business –
- Review the share of business.
- Analyze the gaps and take the necessary action to resolve such gaps.
Business Development –
- Interact and study customer (existing and potential) requirements.
- Work with internal team, Provide solutions to customers in terms of new products or increase in volume in existing product offerings.
Program Management –
- Define program scope and deliverables.
- Part and Tooling costs finalisation with customers and release FO on time.
- Monitor and track the performance.
- Support in resolving concern areas.
Customer Relationship Management –
- Build and nurture relationship with exisiting and potential customers.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to keep them aware of business developments.
- Seek feedback from customers, incorporate improvements in product quality and service delivery or develop new products/ services.
Business Planning –
- Assist in developing and adopt the marketing strategy of group company.
- Develop the sales and marketing literature and associated documents.
- Track competitor activities, Identify possible threats to the business and develop contingencies plans for mitigation.
Commodity Price Indexation –
- Define norms with customers.
- Finalisation of norms.
- Amendments of purchase orders.
Receivables –
- Supervising invoices
- Ensuring Goods Receipt Note (GRN) prepared at the customer’s end.
- Follow-up with the customer.
Preferred candidate profile:
- B.E (Mechanical) with experience of 3 to 8 years.
- He/ She should have experience in handling OEM customers.
- Knowledge of automotive industry and players. Knowledge of all aspects of business especially manufacturing, quality. Deep knowhow about customer and products.
