What are the responsibilities of Management Trainee at Axa?
- Detailed In-depth analysis of Monthly and Quarterly Expenses and Headcount Reports.
- Reviewing and analyzing the variance for the Actual vs. plan Expenses/Prior Year/Reforecast/Prior Quarter) & preparing the commentary for the same.
- Preparing & Reviewing the Group Presentations & analyzing the variances between translations.
- Assist in Yearly budgeting of expenses and preparing an analysis of the numbers.
- Creation and implementation of proper controls and quality checks for deliverables.· Maintain effective communication with the onshore team (both written and verbal) and manage expectations.
- Functional interpretation, maintenance of data, data accuracy, performing and reporting and data integrity checks.
- Root Cause analysis of data errors and resolution specific to critical internal and external data.
- Support ad-hoc activities!
