Responsibilities:
- Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talents.
- Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.
- Candidate Management:Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and tactics.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- In-Depth Knowledge of IT Roles, technologies and skillsets.
- Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Demo started ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
