Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing:Utilize various sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals to identify and attract top IT talents.
  • Recruitment:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating technical assessments.
  • Candidate Management:Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Collaboration:Partner with hiring managers and technical leads to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Market Research:Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to inform recruitment strategies and tactics.
  • Negotiation:Manage salary negotiations and offer extensions to ensure competitive offers that meet both candidate and company expectation.
  • Onboarding:Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including background checks, paperwork, and orientation sessions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 5+ as an IT Recruiter, preferably in a senior or lead role.
  • In-Depth Knowledge of IT Roles, technologies and skillsets.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills with the ability to identify and attract passive candidates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Demo started ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with application tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
