Tata Steel is hiring Manager F&A in the locations Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Joda, Meramandali and Mumbai. Candidates having Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution are eligible to apply.

Who is eligible for the position of Manager F&A at Tata Steel?

Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.
• Additional certifications like CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or relevant finance courses could be an advantage.
• Relevant experience in finance, accounting, or auditing roles, generally ranging from 5-10 years.
• Experience in the manufacturing or steel industry could be preferred.
• Knowledge in corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Leadership or managerial experience in handling teams.
• Understanding of corporate financial regulations and compliance.

What are the responsibilities of Manager F&A at Tata Steel?

• Preparation of financial Analysis of schemes with budget, commitment, expenditure etc with varianceanalysis to support management decisions
• Preparation of project wise periodical cost analysis for management review
• Support in evaluation of sanction requests in adherence with the capital governance process.
• Preparation of weekly & monthly management reports
• Support in analysis of project proposals, business cases etc. for management decisions
• Support in business process activities and compliances.
• Perform working capital analysis and Inventory tracking & its related analysis
• Managing financial transactions pertaining to accounts related activities.
