Job Discription:
- Hiring the Riders for Grocery / Store (Hyperlocal Business)
- Identify and source the riders through different channels like Databases, Olx Applications, and On fields.
- Respective Store TL will be assigned one particular store all over the city (Zepto/Swiggy Instamart / BBNow)
- Client shipments have to be delivered through the newly hired riders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to fix any escalation from riders with regards to activation.
- Preferred Competencies:
- Delivery Rider Hiring Experience
- Field Sales / Marketing experience.
- Good communication in a Regional Language (Preferably Hindi)
