Candidates with following qualifications are eligible for the position

• Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) is generally required. Additional qualifications like an MBA in Finance or equivalent post-graduate degrees can be an advantage.
• Experience: Candidates should have approximately 3 years of relevant experience in financial roles such as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A). Experience in the IT, ITeS, or offshoring industry may also be considered advantageous for certain roles.
• Skills: Proficiency in financial reporting, variance analysis, and cost/revenue tracking is essential. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and expertise in tools like MS Excel are critical. Knowledge of Macros, VBA, or PowerBI is often preferred.

What are the responsibilities of Executive Finance at Dentsu?

• Booking and payment of Expenses through vendor invoices
• Ensuring Vendor reconciliation on quarterly basis
• Ensuring timely closing of month end activities.
• Monthly variance analysis5. Preparation of month end schedules for assets and liabilities
• Preparing Audit information and liaising with auditors
• Preparation and providing ad-hoc information asked by the management
• Preparation and data submission for Tax purpose.
• Analysis of key expenses on monthly basis.
• Preparation of expense and prepaid expense tracker on monthly basis.
• Any ad-hoc analysis required by Team Lead/management.
