- 1 – 2 years’ relevant work experience in business development, sales or similar field preferred.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, sourcing , data analyze or a related role.
- Ability to analyze market data, financial reports, and other relevant information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other business development tools.
- Experience in sales related tools will be a plus

- Conducting detailed market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Analyzing competitors and their strategies to understand their strengths and weaknesses.Identifying potential clients through various channels such as networking, social media, and events.
- Qualifying leads by assessing their needs, budget, and decision-making processes.
- Working closely with marketing, product development, and other teams to align business development strategies.
- Providing feedback and insights to help improve products and services.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
- Assist with drafting business processes, making sure that there is an alignment between all stakeholders on the client research Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
