Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in the end-to-end recruitment process under the guidance of senior recruiters.
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals, social media) and internal databases.
- Screen resumes and application forms to identify qualified candidates for various roles.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Participate in job fairs and campus recruitment events to attract promising candidates.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all documentation is up to date.
- Assist in drafting job descriptions and job advertisements.
- Learn to evaluate candidates based on job requirements, cultural fit, and team dynamics.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and requirements.
Recruitment:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
