Role & Responsibilities:
- Sourcing right candidates through Internal Database, Job Portals, Advertisements, Headhunting, Networking and Employee Referrals
- Should have experience into Non IT recruitment from BPO background
- Preferred Lateral hiring experience
- Submit qualified candidates to open job requirements.
- Mandate Lateral Hiring experience for supervisory levels like Tl, Sr. TL, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Manager along with Quality Analyst, Trainers, team coach.
- Requirements on which we work are Support roles like F&A (r2r, p2p, o2c), Transition, Lean six sigma Quality process excellence, US Healthcare operations.
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyse applicants abilities.
- Experience negotiating compensation and bring closure of a potential applicant
- Foster long-term relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Willing to work on tight deadlines.
Job Qualification:
- Must be a Graduate
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to self-learn
- Comfortable with high-speed working.
