- Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and translating them into clear requirements.Conducting interviews, workshops, and analyzing business processes to gather detailed insights.
- Solution Design:Working with teams to design solutions that meet the business requirements.Ensuring alignment between technology and business objectives, particularly in areas like digital transformation and process improvement.
- Stakeholder Management:Acting as a bridge between business teams, technology teams, and other stakeholders.Managing relationships to ensure stakeholder buy-in and that all requirements are understood and addressed.
- Documentation:Preparing documentation such as business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Salary of Testing and Validation:Assisting in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that solutions meet the requirements.Identifying gaps in solutions and collaborating on ways to close them.
- Project Support:Supporting project management teams in tracking project progress, risks, and issues.Facilitating communication among various project stakeholders.
- Industry Knowledge Application:Leveraging deep understanding of the financial services industry, including areas like banking, insurance, capital markets, and regulatory changes, to drive business improvement initiatives.
- Data Analysis:Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities, particularly when advising on digital and innovation strategies.
