What are the responsibilities of Junior Executive HR at GMR?

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Assisting in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, conducting preliminary screenings, and managing recruitment databases.
  • Onboarding & Induction: Helping with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring that all paperwork is completed, and conducting orientation sessions to familiarize new employees with company policies and culture.
  • HR Operations & Administration: Managing HR records, employee databases, attendance tracking, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. This includes maintaining employee files and handling data entry for payroll and benefits administration.
  • Employee Relations: Assisting in addressing employee grievances, coordinating team-building activities, and maintaining a positive workplace culture. Supporting conflict resolution efforts and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Learning & Development: Assisting in organizing training programs and development initiatives, coordinating logistics for training sessions, and tracking the effectiveness of employee development programs
  • Compliance & Policy Adherence: Ensuring that HR processes are in line with company policies and relevant labor laws. This may include ensuring that safety and compliance protocols are followed, particularly important in large infrastructure sectors like GMR.
  • Performance Management: Supporting the performance appraisal process by tracking performance reviews, helping managers with documentation, and ensuring that the process runs smoothly.
  • HR Reporting: Assisting in preparing reports related to HR metrics like employee turnover, hiring, performance, and other data that management might need for decision-making.
  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assisting with the preparation and administration of payroll, ensuring that employee benefits are correctly administered, and responding to employee queries related to compensation and benefits.
