Job Discription:
- Execute the production plan & meet the targets.
- Plan personnel activity, assign task and adjust workflow and schedule accordingly.
- Supervise a team of production personnel to meet production targets with quality & safety as per SOP, controlling manpower absenteeism and maintain discipline & moral of workforce.
- Monitor production activity and discuss changes required to enhance productivity, quality, and safety by kaizen /MOC.
- Ensure compliance with safety guidelines & company regulations.
- Conduct training & performance reviews and provide employees with feedback to help them improve & meet targets.
- Ensure proper utilization of resources to maximize productivity, safety & quality.
- Evaluate equipment & machinery performance and take action to address any issue.
- Should have Conceptual & technical skill to troubleshoot any problem.
- Basic knowledge of lean production to implement 5S and TPM activity.
- Computer skill to prepare report and maintain Mis records for data analysis and troubleshoot.
- Good communicator with seniors as well as with colleagues & workforce.
