Role & Responsibilities:
1) Store Manager:
- Staff management: Attrition control & evaluating employees. This includes creating schedules, assigning responsibilities, and managing time off.
- Inventory management: Maintaining stock levels, ensuring proper stocking, and working with vendors.
- Sales management: Analyzing sales figures, forecasting future sales, and developing promotions.
