- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into effective UX solutions
- Challenge business stakeholders to deeply understand their needs before delivering solutions
- Create high-fidelity mockups to visually communicate design concepts and test usability with stakeholders and user
- Create detailed design specifications, guidelines, and documentation to ensure developers and stakeholders clearly understand the scope
- Effectively articulate your design solutions and rationale to stakeholders on proposed UX designs
- Collaborate and contribute to a thriving design culture within the organization along with other designers on your team
