Job Responsibilities:

  • Engage with identified Enterprise/SMB accounts provided by IT in India region with ability to work in a complex environment.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of knowledge of the clients products (Network, Cloud, Security & Unified communication), license/services offerings, and software etc.
  • Account Mapping in terms of Decision makers and influencers for defined product line of IT Telecom
  • Convert campaign leads into sales opportunities through tele contact with customers.
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to get the leads accepted, or understand in case it is not accepted and plough back the learnings.
  • In case the lead is in Nurture, follow the same through different nurture Engines.
  • Build and maintain relationship with key decision makers within assigned accounts with documented account plans
  • Identify priority accounts and connects with them through the appropriate communication channels to determine budgets and timelines.
  • Establish and successfully build a network with specialists and sales/service advisors
  • Qualify and examine opportunities and create accounts in CRM tool. Preference in
  • Promoting and selling the extensive product & service portfolio
  • Build, develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients & customers
  • Ensure full customer satisfaction, maintaining a high level of service at all times
  • Escalate customer queries to respective stakeholder and get it to closure.
