Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify potential customers for Loans through various channels such as social media, online portals, and local market research.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide solutions for their vehicle finance requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads generated, conversions, and customer interactions.
Desired candidate profile:
- 0-3 years of experience in field sales or related roles (preferably in the NBFC or Banking industry).
- Strong understanding of finance products, particularly VF, HL.PL, BL, LAP SME financing options.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting targets set by management.
