Role & Responsibilities:
- To achieve the Inflow target, and SIP Target, Activate dormant Accounts (clients) by upselling and cross-sell
- Acquire New Clients, Meet walk-in clients for sales
- Communicate with clients over the phone and mail and Handle sales queries along with IVR call back request which comes from Customer Care Team
- Make Relationship calls to existing clients and build rapport to get new business and provide investment advice
- Generate Business from an external reference.
- Update sales activities in LMS by adhering to the defined process
- Prepare MIS for daily activity.
- Attend con calls, call room training, and fund manager sessions to update themselves
- Responsible for leads received from various digital sources.
Drive employee-led sales campaigns as per the requirement of the business.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation, NISM Mutual Fund Certification
- Experience: 2+ Years in the Mutual Funds Industry
- Domain Knowledge: Being updated on the market, product knowledge.
IT Skill:
- MS office.
