- Interacting with customers on calls to take orders, answer inquiries and questions, handle complaints, troubleshoot problems and provide information.
- 1) Handle customer inquiries both telephonically and by email.
- 2) Manage and resolve customer complaints
- 3) Taking Customer feedback.
Required skills:
- Complete day shift job, 6 days working.
- Shift Timings: 9am to 6 pm / 10 am to 7pm / 11 am to 8pm
- No Transport Facility
- Verbal and written communication skills
