Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound international voice calls, assisting customers with technical issues related to telecom services.
  • Provide real-time guidance over the phone to troubleshoot and resolve customer problems.
  • Analyze customer issues using strong judgment and interpersonal skills to provide prompt, effective solutions.
  • Maintain excellent communication, ensuring clarity and understanding for US-based customers.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

Qualification:

  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2, Diploma, or Graduate.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a BPO international voice process is required.
  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome to apply.
  • Technical support experience is a must, with the ability to handle troubleshooting efficiently.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Shift timings:

  • 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM
  • 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
  • 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
  • (Cabs are not provided, flexibility to work night shifts is essential)
