Job discription:

  • Provide support to end users in Indian market on enquires to HRMS software via phone call / email / ticket / remote assistance.
  • Provide Software technical assistance, troubleshoot and resolve issue
  • Perform data migration works
  • Conduct product (Software) training to end users
  • Resolve customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Involve in ad-hoc project
  • Provide consultancy service on HRMS software.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Any Degree or relevant qualification equivalent to the field required
  • Fresher or 1 years exp as relevant experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support system is preferred
  • Preferred only MALE Candidates and should be ready to travel for client/customer location.
  • Excellent Communication is mandatory
  • Mandatory to know anyone additional languages (Hindi/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam)
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Working time:

  • General Shift (9:00 AM IST – 6:00 PM IST)(Mon – Sat)
  • Mandatory to work from Office.
