Job description:
- This is a full-time Third party role for a Tele Collection Executive located on-site in Bengaluru. As a Tele Collection Executive, you will be responsible for credit control, debt collection, customer communication, financial analysis, and resolving customer queries through calls. You will be expected to maintain accurate records and ensure that all transactions are processed.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in credit control and debt collection
- Excellent communication skills and ability to resolve customer queries through calls
- Analytical skills to review customer payment history and financial transactions
- Understanding of finance and accounting principles
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration or a related field
- Experience working in the financial services industry is a plus.
