Job Description:
- Designation: Retail Sales Officer (RSO), Sales Officer
- Fixed Salary: Rs.15000 to Rs.20000 + ESI PF + Petrol conveyance
- Qualification: 12th to Any Degree.
- Fresher or Experience can apply.
- Market work starts at 8:00 AM
- Two-Wheeler Must
- Required to visit 50 outlets daily with a productivity target of 50%
- Must be familiar with the local area and street smart
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years
- Two-wheeler and Android mobile are mandatory.
Other Allowances:
- Petrol Allowance: Per day Rs. 200 for Metro cities (26days – Rs5200)
- Petrol Allowance: Rs. 250 for Non-Metro cities (26 days – 6500)
- PF + ESI + Gratuity + Insurance + Attendance Incentives + Sales Incentives.
