Job discription:
- Will be a part of RUN THE BANK Team.
- Monitoring and Analysis for Current Product as Business As Usual.
- Giving Support whenever required.
- Real time Application monitoring and Perform first level of troubleshooting using various Alert management platforms and Monitoring Tools.
- Provide product support to customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email).
- Assess nature of product or service issues and resolves support problems.
- Maintain log of product issues and conveys customer feedback to product Support and development staff.
- Profile Requires 24 by 7 support
- Able to manage support requirements in terms of troubleshooting, creating RCAs, troubleshooting problem, Reporting.
- Employee will be undergoing sufficient training before deploying for ongoing project.
- Males preferred considering rotational shifts.
- Should be able to Grasp and deliver as per training and required job.
